Returns Policy

By placing an order online with fabulousplusbeauty.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Fabulousplus Beauty does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, if you feel the colour does not suit you or if you select the wrong cap size. Due to hygiene and the nature of our products and also as all wigs are custom-made, exchanges or refunds will only be issued if a wig is faulty. All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt in their original packaging and lace uncut.

Refunds will be issued back to original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to process the funds back to your bank account.

If your cap size is too small or big when it arrives please notify us within 24 hours to sort it out for you.

To ensure you have the correct cap size. Make sure you measure your head with a tape measure

Please be advised that measurements are in inches and therefore it is essential that you measure your head correctly before placing your order, if you have any difficulties please contact us.

If you receive your wig and there’s a fault with it, please contact Fabulousplus Beauty as soon as possible so that we can advice you on how to return it back to us.

If you are an international customer, please be advised that you are liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations. Fabulousplus Beauty ensures that all our products are in excellent condition and are quality checked. 

Shipping Policy

Free Special Delivery for all UK orders

Wigs are Constructed  48 hours after purchase. All sales are final and orders cannot be changed after 24 hours.
Free UK Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 5-7 days from the moment your order has been paid for in full.

Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

International Delivery

We offer international Delivery via DHL and FedEx, Monday to Friday and takes 2-5 working days from the moment your order has been paid for in full.
International Delivery costs £30.00
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required upon receipt.
The recipient must pay for custom charges on orders placed.

Fabulousplus Beauty wigs are not responsible for customs fees and charges and have no control over the cost as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

The courier will leave a delivery card if you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel.
